Chef Crystal Nichols is an "Experienced Pastry Chef" with ten years of experience, in creating and serving wondrous pastry treats in an array of eating environments. Adept at adapting to regional tastes and various diets. She holds a range of certifications for handling food and talents working in hospitals, restaurants, country clubs, and other eateries including a Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts and an AAS in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Michigan as well as ACF Certifications. Chef Nichols has competed on the Nationally syndicated cooking competition show Chopped on Food Network where she cooked her way past her competition an emerged the Chopped Champion in July of 2017. After providing amazing cuisines and desserts in various arenas, Chef Re as she has been affectionately names decided to devote her time to culinary education both public and private. “My goal is show little black and brown girls that they can do anything they set their minds to."
